Pastry Chef and Cake Designer very active in her country and often a guest on television programs and various trade magazines.
Up to now, more than 3000 Romanian students have studied in her school.
She comes from the banking sector but has always had a passion for art and sweets.
So, after earning a second degree in Art History, she decided to change her career by joining the Cake Art panorama for the freedom with which he expresses himself with her productions.
