The first edition of the Italy International Cake Show will be held in Rome on 24th to 26th September 2021 at Fiera di Roma, a futuristic 10,000 sqm exhibition center that is among the best known in Europe.

The event will be inaugurated with an opening ceremony on Friday 24 September at 10:00 am in the presence of the guests of honor, the authorities, important personalities and journalists, as well as the sponsors, the artists of national and international level, the exhibitors and all visitors.
The prestigious Italian festival dedicated to Sugar Art will feature wonderful cakes and talented overseas Cake Designers.
The artists in the challenges will tell their passion, demonstrating their ability, creating splendid works that will be the undisputed protagonists of the event. A succession of workshops, contests, live demonstrations, demos and competitions, courses for adults and children, tastings, various competitions, shows, great national and international guests and more will entertain you throughout the event.

National and international companies divided between exhibitors and bakeries will be present to show you their products and their news.

In the different areas set up you will find the information desk with all the guidelines relating to the event, and the relax areas will also be at your disposal. For those who want to enjoy the event in peace we have created the children’s area with courses organized in various shifts.
