Adriana Bologna
She was born in Argentina to Italian parents.
Her passion began when she was eleven years old with her first Cake Design Course.
In 2003 she began her professional career, she won a competition and a 3-year scholarship that allowed her to become a teacher.
Her Youtube channel is followed by more than 250.000 people.
Ten years ago she opened her “Bologna Sugar Art” Academy where she teaches more than 1500 pastry chef distributed al over the world.
