Marco Democratico
Originally from Salento, he grew up in Naples where his passion for the arts was perfected, first training as a goldsmith aster and later studying at the Faculty of Architecture.
In 2008, together with Davide Francesca, he began his journey in creative pastry making and created the Red Carpet Cake Design®, a brand with which they distinguish themselves in the world of pastry for the originality and quality of the products becoming from 2013 the Italian Excellence in Artistic Decoration in Pastry, known in particular way for the use of the ancient cornetto technique in royal icing.
