All born in a family of restaurateurs: it therefore grows between kitchens, tools, creativity.
Always cuious about the experimentation of ingredients, she decides to probe the unknown world of pastry: which becomes her passion.
Today her team, “Queen’s Sugar Crew” – composed not only by Rossella, but also by Pina Di Pascale and Sara Caldarelli – is not only a work team but a group of friends and colleagues who share the same passion, a goal, a sugar-flowered project.
